Nevertheless, if we fail to obtain your absolute satisfaction in providing our services or support, kindly reach us at once and we will have an understanding on the areas to be reformed and we can make arrangements either to refund the amount or propound to utilize the amount for future services with Complynest. 

LET US KNOW YOUR CONCERN

 It is your sole right to complain on the responsibility that we have failed to deliver on the engagement you had with our company by sending an escalation email. All these mails will be reviewed by the members of the Escalation Team and will respond to your grievances within 48hours.

 OPT FOR CHANGE OF SERVICE 

If your refund request is due to change in your need, you can opt for change of service instead of claiming refund. You will be eligible to utilize the amount available after reducing the amount apportioned for completed events of a service and any government fees/taxes or third party payments for the adjustment towards the changed service. You will be allowed to opt for this service change within a period of 60days from the date of your payment towards the engagement. 

REFUND POLICY

 When an advance payment is being made by you, Complynest will be apportioning the amount based on the events to be carried out in the course of providing the services. Every engagement will have different events with different timelines. Compensation for the completed event will be non-refundable in nature considering the labor hour already being invested in carrying on such an event. Also, any amount paid as government fees/taxes or any third parties will not be returnable as the same has been paid on your behalf and such amount is not in the possession of Complynest. Nonetheless, Complynest will be liable only to the extent of payment received towards such engagements.
 
CLAIM YOUR REFUND HERE

Our Senior Management will reach you out on recording your grievances and would make the best effort to satisfy you to complete the service. Although you are disappointed, you possess the sole right to claim your refund by logging onto your CRM account. This claim option is made available to you only up to 60 days from the date of your payment for the engagement. Any claim made beyond 60 days shall be void ab initio and shall not be entertained. However, you will be offered for adjusting the amount with subsequent services if the erstwhile service is not completed by us. Your refund claim shall be processed within 3-5 days of your call with our Senior Management and after your confirmation on the bank details for transferring the refund amount.

 Complynest will be held liable only if it is evident that we have failed to deliver our responsibilities with respect to your engagement with us. Refund shall not be entertained if the work has been completed on your approval or intimated to you on the completion of the service. Complynest possesses every right to strive hard to complete the service. In case you are dissatisfied with our service, the apportioned fee for the completed event and any fee/tax paid to the government or third parties shall be deducted and a refund shall be processed. Complynest follows a standard policy for pricing and any increase in the government fees/tax will not be covered under the standard policy. Any such increased cost incurred due to rejections or resubmissions or refiling of the forms/documents shall be borne by you and Complynest will not be liable for the same. Any delay in rendering the service to circumstances beyond our control, like delay in approval by the Government Authority or problems with the government web platforms are not covered by this assurance and are not eligible for a refund. Complynest will not be held liable if the delay in rendering the service or interruption in sticking onto the commitment due to any foreseen or unforeseen circumstances that are force manure in nature like earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, any act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event. Change of your decision or the state of your mind will not be a valid reason for claiming the refund as we are devoting our man hours for various milestones to complete your service request.
